As part of my ongoing development, I’ve undertaken coaching, where I’ve taken a number of personality tests to understand myself better and how I best interact with others.

To give a bit of insight based on what ‘other people say’ other than me, here’s the results.

In this analysis, the two areas I get my most drive from were Yellow and Green

Yellow - Visionary - wants to analyse, understand, explore in depth

Green - People Manager - puts people and interpersonal relationships first

With a close third as Orange:

Orange - Entrepreneur - wants to show progress, results and achievements

Whereas the area I don’t get the least drive from and mainly clash with is Red:

Red - Authority - stands for courage, speed and strength

With Blue and Purple more minor rejections:

Blue - Organiser - wants to create clarity and certainty

Purple - Patriarch - serving attitude and creates bonds and security
